What an INCREDIBLE day! 250 attendees and 8 brilliant sessions on fighting the far right in communities, trade unions against racism, refugee rights, the role of culture in turning the tide, fighting Islamophobia, and justice for Sheku Bayoh!
A huge thanks to all of the speakers for leading the discussions on how we can stand together and oppose Reform 🔥🔥🔥
Today marked the launch of our #StopReform campaign. We have a lot ahead of us but today was a strong and powerful start. We sent our message loud and clear that Farage and his racism are NOT WELCOME in Scotland ✊✊
We will be sharing clips from the sessions on social media over the next couple of days. Make sure to share them widely and let’s get this campaign going!!!
This is just the beginning! Join us tomorrow at Hamilton Central 12pm to campaign against reform in the by-election; on 12th June for the Sheku Bayoh vigil in festival square Edinburgh; and let’s be there IN OUR THOUSANDS for the Aye Welcome Refugees rally and carnival on 21st June.
