Campaign against Reform UK in Hamilton, Larkhall and Stonehouse MSP by-election

scotlands days of action against reform uk

An election campaign to elect a new MSP for Hamilton, Larkhill and Stonehouse is getting underway. The racist far-right Reform UK party are standing, and their leader Nigel Farage is claiming he plans to come to Scotland for the first time in eleven years since in 2014 protesters chased him to a pub where he had to hide for hours. Only a year ago, ahead of the 2024 general election, he was still saying Scotland was ‘unsafe’ for him.

Reform UK offers racist scapegoating but not solution to the problems facing ordinary people.

Support local anti-racist activists campaigning in Hamilton to expose Reform’s vile racism and persuade voters not to give their vote to a racist party. Migrants and refugees are not to blame for the problems in society, millionaires like Farage are and we won’t let them divide us.

Let’s build a anti-racist movement that’s ready to give Nigel the sort of welcome he deserves!
